He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Federal do Ceará and has over 20 years of experience in management, professional training, and real estate administration.

He held leadership positions at the Câmara de Comércio Indústria, Agricultura e Serviços de Barlavento and in real estate companies, where he gained solid experience in administrative, financial, and commercial management. He is currently responsible for managing a company specializing in condominium administration, standing out for his organizational skills, leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the Cape Verdean business environment.
